Shipping Policy

Delivery Timeframe
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard nationwide delivery via PostEx takes 3–5 business days depending on your location.

Shipping Charges
A flat shipping fee of Rs. 250 applies to all orders nationwide. Orders above Rs. 5,000 qualify for free shipping.

Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available across Pakistan through PostEx. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order. Have the exact amount ready for the delivery rider.

Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched via PostEx, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or SMS. You can use it to track your parcel in real time on the PostEx website or app.

Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or unavailability, PostEx will make one more attempt. After that, the order will be returned to us and you will need to re-place it.

Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery at Whatsapp: +923118960818. We'll make it right.
